Had a wonderful house hunting experience this past July. We came to Bozeman from out of state and Debbie took us on a guided tour of the various neighborhoods and communities in the Gallatin Valley. This overview was invaluable. While the market is very tight, we saw a few candidates and decided to keep in touch remotely. While sadly we did not get the first property we bid on, Debbie went out of her way to find us a property and she single-handedly brought the deal to a close. We recently sold a parcel of land in the Bozeman area and used Debbie McEachron as our agent.
